Black Tree being 'off the beaten track' aims to be self sufficient.

There is a large restaurant and bar,on a wide terrace overlooking to the valley and hills beyond. We serve food all through the day. English style and Turkish breakfast are served up till lunch time. The lunchtime menu consists of snacks, sandwiches and Turkish food. The charcoal grill is lit in the evenings. Lambspit and seafood evenings are organised once a week. We also cater for those on special diets.

Food @ Blacktree
All our foodstuffs are obtained from sustainable sources and are grown using traditional methods. We have a general food store where you can buy anything from tomatoes to tunafish from sea salt to soap.
