The farmhouse was built 200 years ago and still stands in it`s original state with little restoration.

Built with local stone it has cedar beamed ceilings with much of it`s juniper woodwork still in place.

This two storied delightful stone building has a central living room whose comfortable cushioned seating area faces an open fireplace.

There are seven bedrooms. To preserve the original house, bathroom facilities have been added outside the building. There are two showers and three lavatories. The natural insulation makes the house really cool in summer months though sound insulation is somewhat lacking!
The farmhouse can be used by walking parties or hired as a retreat.
