Black
Tree takes it`s names from Karaagac, a hamlet set in the foothills of Mount
Babadag, immediately above the Kabak & Faralya Gorge. Road acces is off the Fethiye Kas highway or through Fethiye/Olu Deniz - from
sea level a 19 km scenic route leads you up past breathtaking fjorded inlets
to limestone plateau.
The Lycian
Way (rated by the Sunday Times as one of the ten best walks in the world)
starts near Oludeniz and continues up into the hills past Black Tree to descend
down to sea level at the Patara Beach.




We do have a beach service three days a week - stopping along the route;
- Butterfly Valley (20 min drive)
- Kidrak Beach (30 min drive)
- Oludeniz Beach (35 min drive)
and one day a week to Patara Beach (40 min drive)
Other beaches are accessible on foot from Black Tree are:
- Kabak Beach (2 hours walk)
- Balatli Beach (3 hours walk)
