1.Spend a week at Black Tree, taking advantage of Lycias turquoise waters and forested slopes. Then move inland to central Anatolia to explore the enchanted valleys of Cappadocia, staying at Mustafapasa. Our accommodation there is a restored old Greek house' Ukabeyn' standing on three terraces overlooking a small valley...with its own pool. Mustafapasa is now a protected area with several restaurants, vineyards and a postoffice. Ukabeyn has mountainbikes you can hire and the village has its own bus service. Excursions are arranged for those without transport. Transfer between the two centres is by plane or with your own hire car and driving instructions. Those driving can break their journey en route at Konya.

2. After a week self catering (or taking advantage of our excellent menu) at Blacktree, you can sail away into the blue seas on the horizon, with excellent sea fare and well stocked bar. Our boat Zerde has four cabins, thus it is suitable for a large family or 6 and more friends sharing....windsurf and fishing tackle included. Zerde is licensed for scuba diving with compressor and all equipment on board.

3. Istanbul city of the Bosphorus straits...mosques, churches, palaces, bazaars... is a museum of over 2000 years of history. As the meeting point between East and West it is a destination to be experienced more than once. Stay in the Sultanahmet area from where you can visit most of the sights on foot, sample some of the best Turkish cuisine, take a tram to St Chora or eat a fish sandwich at Kumkapi. There is more than enough to fill your week. For the second week fly down to Dalaman to be met and transfered for a well deserved time of relaxation at Black Tree.
